What we collect when you enquire

This is a factual notice about the brief form. A fuller legal policy will replace it once reviewed. Nothing here invents a privacy law opinion.

If you start a brief, we receive the event details and contact fields you submit: name, email, and any optional phone, organisation, or event notes.

We use that information only to review the enquiry and reply. We do not sell it. We do not publish it.

Delivery uses the studio's configured webhook or email provider. If delivery is not configured, the form fails and your brief is not treated as received.

A complete privacy policy will be published when counsel has reviewed it. Until then, start a brief only if you are comfortable sharing those fields with Canvas Creations.
